Director of Market Access and HEOR (full-time, home-based)

MTRC, a leading boutique Med Tech market access consultancy in Europe, is seeking a Director of Market Access and HEOR.

The role is home-based within Europe and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Compensation includes a fixed salary, quarterly bonuses, and an annual bonus.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical guidance to the Reimbursement and Evidence Synthesis Groups at MTRC (both led by Directors)
  2. Managing the Health Economics Group
  3. Contributing to business development through client calls and approval of commercial proposals
  4. Creating and supervising marketing content
  5. Leading exploration and research into new prospective areas for the company
  6. Representing MTRC at meetings with external stakeholders, including clients, conferences, and industry association meetings

Requirements:

  1. Over 7 years of experience in Med Tech, Pharma, or life sciences consulting, focusing on market access, reimbursement, or health economics
  2. Practical experience with health economics modeling and literature reviews/value dossiers
  3. Understanding of market access for medical devices in Europe (beneficial)
  4. Peer-reviewed publications (beneficial)
  5. Medical background (beneficial)
  6. Knowledge of European languages other than English (beneficial)
