Senior Manager, Health Economics Outcomes Research

Unlock a challenging role as Senior Manager of Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Evidence Generation, where you will be responsible for implementing HEOR strategies and conducting RWE studies to support the value proposition of oncology products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HEOR methodologies, experience with cost-effectiveness models, and a track record of successful application of HEOR & RWE with key external stakeholders. Additionally, knowledge of Oncology therapy areas and drug development processes is highly desirable.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop RWE and support market access initiatives aligned to our products. You will also have the opportunity to lead vendors in the conduct of HEOR and RWE projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders to build global value dossiers.
We are seeking a strategic thinker with excellent writing and presentation skills, who can navigate a matrix organization and influence stakeholders to drive business challenges. If you have a passion for addressing the needs of patients and a proactive mindset, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HEOR strategies to support the value proposition of oncology products
- Conduct RWE studies to inform clinical trials and HTA submissions
- Lead the development of global value dossiers to support reimbursement submissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop RWE and support market access initiatives
- Manage vendors in the conduct of HEOR and RWE projects
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., health economics, medicine, pharmacy, public health, epidemiology)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry working in the HEOR field
- Strong background in HEOR methodologies and cost-effectiveness models
- Experience with RWE studies and HTA submissions
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
