Service Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities, and secure profitable sales within designated areas. Your focus will be on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the full Service product portfolio. You will build long-term customer relationships and respond promptly to customer needs and issues. The role operates on a hybrid work model and contributes to Robotics – Autonomous Mobile Robots Service Sales in Spain. Main stakeholder: Service Sales Manager.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Penetrating IB, promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions to benefit customers and ABB.
- Understanding channel strategy, establishing pricing, preparing sales plans, reviewing, and proposing recovery plans when needed.
- Generating service sales leads and exploring new market opportunities using market trend information and potential new service portfolios.
- Acting as a marketer/salesperson during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).
You will join a young, dynamic, high-performing team where you can thrive.
Qualifications for the role- Engineer or higher degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Automation, etc.
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales or service.
- Interest and experience with industrial robots and autonomous mobile robotics in industries like Automotive, Food & Beverage, Logistics, etc.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM, SAP, etc.
- Passion for technology, technical products, and services, with strong customer relationship skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Valid B1 driving license in Spain.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented approach, with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%, managing onsite and online collaboration.
