Tasks

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to placing them in suitable roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 6 months of experience in recruitment to grow their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

  • Provide clients with regular updates on recruitment progress and advise on best practices.

  • Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates (job boards, social media, networking).

  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.

  • Candidate Management:

  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing feedback and support.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism.

  • Placement and Onboarding:

  • Match candidates to suitable job roles and manage the offer and acceptance process.

  • Market Research and Networking:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights to clients.

  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand your professional network.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a high level of motivation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is a plus.
