Llevamos a cabo la selección de personal para diferentes áreas de especialización: Marketing, IT, Digital&eCommerce, Comerciales, Logística y Compras, Finanzas y Legal, Ingenieros y técnicos, RRHH y Retail, tanto para perfiles especialistas, middle y top management.

Buscamos a una persona motivada que le guste el recruitment y el contacto con el cliente. Que quiera aprender y desarrollarse como Consultant formando parte de un equipo de trabajo joven, dinámico y donde tendrá posibilidad de crecer y desarrollarse profesionalmente. Inicialmente se incorporará mediante un contrato de prácticas con la posibilidad de incorporase en plantilla como Recruitment Consultant en función del desempeño.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Participar en la estrategia de marketing digital para fomentar el posicionamiento de la empresa a nível online.
- Seguimiento de las diferentes fases del proceso, (coordinar entrevistas, feedbacks cliente y cierre del proceso).
- Proponer nuevas ideas en el ámbito del recruitment.

**Perfil**:
Buscamos a una persona con los siguientes requisitos:

- Formación universitaria.
- Valorable breve experiência en consultoría de selección.
- Valorable experiência en la selección de perfiles IT.
- Inglés fluido (mínimo B2).
- Habilidades comunicativas.
- Orientación al cliente y al detalle.
- Capacidad de análisis.
