To join this new project, we are looking for an international and experienced 360- recruitment consultant. With your Manager - as international as you - you will be responsible to keep growing our business in Northern Europe, while enjoying the lifestyle of Barcelona.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities as an International Senior Recruitment Consultant:
- Analyse the market and identify opportunities of development
- Establish, develop and manage partnerships with clients
- Ad-hoc projects
**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- International background is a MUST. Fluency in English + native level of German or one of the Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish
- Previous experience in a 360- recruitment role
- Previous international experience in France is a BIG advantage
- Strong business development abilities and energy
- Quality and service oriented
- Ability to work independently
