We are hiring a German-speaking IT Recruitment Consultant (360°) to join our Barcelona office and grow within a high-performing, international recruitment environment. The Role This is a full-cycle (360°) recruitment role , combining business development, client management, and candidate delivery . You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from identifying and winning new clients to sourcing, placing, and retaining top IT professionals across the German and European markets.
