Lectus Recruitment es una Consultoría de Selección y Recursos Humanos ubicada en Barcelona. Llevamos a cabo la selección de personal para diferentes áreas de especialización: Marketing, IT, Digital&eCommerce, Comerciales, Logística y Compras, Finanzas y Legal, Ingenieros y técnicos, RRHH y Retail, tanto para perfiles especialistas, middle y top management.

Buscamos a una persona motivada que le guste el recruitment y el contacto con el cliente. Que quiera aprender y desarrollarse como Consultant formando parte de un equipo de trabajo dinámico y donde tendrá posibilidad de crecer profesionalmente.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Participar en la estrategia de marketing digital para fomentar el posicionamiento de la empresa a nível online.
- Realización de informes de entrevistas.
- Seguimiento de las diferentes fases del proceso, (coordinar entrevistas, feedbacks cliente y cierre del proceso).
- Trabajar los procesos de selección con nuestro ATS y usarlo tanto como método de organización de los procesos y para la búsqueda de Talento.
- Proponer nuevas ideas en el ámbito del recruitment.

Requerimientos:
Buscamos una persona con los siguientes conocimientos / habilidades:

- Estudios Universitarios relacionados con el ámbito de rrhh.
- Idiomas: Castellano, catalán e inglés fluido.
- Experiência de al menos 1 año en funciones relacionadas.
- Conocimiento en reclutamiento en perfiles IT / Digitales.
- Desenvolverse bien en el mundo digital y en las redes sociales para el posicionamiento de las vacantes.
- Orientación al cliente y a resultados.
- Iniciativa y ambición.
- Buenas habilidades comunicativas.
- Persistencia, habilidad en resolución de conflictos y multitasking.
