We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Interviewing and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for our clients' roles.
- Onboarding and Integration: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including providing necessary information and support to facilitate a successful transition.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of new hires and provide feedback to clients to ensure they are meeting their expectations.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages, such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment or sales, with a proven track record of success in identifying and attracting top talent.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
