Descripció del rol:
Estem buscant un/a intern entusiasta i organitzat/da per unir-se al nostre equip com a Office Manager en pràctiques a temps parcial. Aquest rol és fonamental per garantir el funcionament eficient de la nostra oficina, proporcionant suport administratiu i operatiu a tot l'equip.
Responsabilitats:
- Gestionar i mantenir l'ambient general de l'oficina, assegurant que estigui net, ordenat i acollidor.
- Coordinar les tasques de manteniment i reparació de l'oficina, incloent el seguiment amb proveïdors externs si és necessari.
- Gestionar les comunicacions interns i externs, incloent trucades telefòniques, correus electrònics i correspondència.
- Administrar l'inventari i les compres de subministraments d'oficina, assegurant que hi hagi suficient estoc en tot moment.
- Contribuir en la planificació i coordinació d'esdeveniments de l'empresa, com reunions d'equip, celebracions i activitats de team building.
- Donar suport en la gestió de documents i arxius, assegurant que estiguin organitzats i accessibles per a l'equip.
- Proporcionar assistència administrativa general als membres de l'equip, segons sigui necessari.
Requisits:
- Estudiant universitari/a o recent graduat/da en administració d'empreses, recursos humans o un altre camp relacionat.
- Excel·lents habilitats d'organització i atenció al detall.
- Capacitat per treballar de manera independent i en equip.
- Forte habilitats de comunicació verbal i escrita en català i espanyol.
- Coneixements bàsics de programari d'oficina (per exemple, Microsoft Office).
- Actitud proactiva i disposició per aprendre.
- Experiència prèvia en rols administratius o d'atenció al client és una avantatge, però no és obligatòria.
