  • Negotiate and secure partnership agreements
  • Manage ongoing relationships with insurance partners
  • Develop and implement partnership growth strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partnership integrations
  • Report on partnership performance and market opportunities
Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably in healthcare or insurance
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the Spanish healthcare insurance landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a small company environment
