Position Summary: FOH® Europe B.V is seeking an Sales Manager to join our Sales Team for the EMEA region. The Sales Manager is part of the FOH® EU Sales team. This position’s region is focused on the Spain territory. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing sales strategies to achieve revenue and expense budgets for Spain. The Sales Manager supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to growth for the Spain region. Additional Information: This is a Full-Time salaried position Candidate must reside and be able to work in Spain Candidate must have selling experience in Spain Compensation for this position includes a base salary of €24,000 annually, plus a commission structure This role has a 50-60% overnight travel requirement. Frequent train, air, and auto travel will be necessary to attend trades shows throughout the year and build relationships with strategic accounts Major Duties Include: Strategic Planning & Market Development Actively works with the Sales Director, EMEA & APAC in strategic planning and goal setting of all aspects of the country Explores growth opportunities and expands market presence through targeted initiatives Consistently engages in regional analyses for future needs Successfully transforms strategies into tactical and measurable action plans Implements and executes large-scale projects from start to finish, using project management skills Sales & Revenue Growth Identifies and acquires new clients to drive revenue growth Presents and promotes the company’s products or services to prospective and existing end users Meets and exceeds sales targets set by management, while maintaining their annual expense budgets Reporting & Analysis Provides regular activity reports to the head office Participates in sales meetings and strategy sessions Prepares monthly analytical reports on performance, wins, and shortfalls Customer Relationship Management Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction Utilizes CRM tool to drive customer retention and to optimize sales opportunities Develops, negotiates, implements and measures hotel chain programs Collaboration, Engagement & Leadership Works collaboratively with Sales & Customer Service team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies Actively participates in regional/national trade shows Participates in interdepartmental meetings and is an external resource for organizational growth Actively participates and engages during all one-on-one and group meetings Participates in special projects, handles emergency requests and performs other related duties as requested Promotes our FOH® Culture through action and leadership Education, Experience & Computer Skills: College Degree preferred Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in sales focusing on the Spain territory related to table-tops, hospitality, guest room luxury accessories or related industry Knowledge in CRM systems, HubSpot preferred Basic knowledge in ERP systems, SAP Business One preferred Proficient in all Microsoft Applications Skills Needed for Success: Bilingual - Spanish and English Ability to negotiate and close deals Return on investment mindset as it relates to scheduling, travel, and sales efforts Cultural awareness of business practices, etiquette, and customs Stress and time management skills Analytical, creative, practical problem-solving skills Customer service and interpersonal skills Work collaboratively and as part of a diverse team Communicate with excellence and clarity both verbally and in writing Project management skills and strong attention to detail Tech-savviness Strategic thinking, planning and execution Ability to re-arrange tasks as priorities change Provides and follows direction and works under pressure to meet deadlines Presentation and public speaking skills Balances quick decision-making with thoughtful judgement Complete projects as a self-starter with minimum supervision Desired Characteristics and Qualifications: Organized, action and detail-oriented Demonstrates sound work ethics Possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity Ability to re-arrange tasks as priorities change Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, and composure in challenging situations Thrives in a goal-driven environment Nimbleness to respond to everchanging priorities in a high-growth environment Decisiveness High emotional intelligence Flexible to work outside normal work hours Acts and performs with an “ownership mentality” FOH® offers an environment where entrepreneurial spirits are given the opportunity to grow without limits in a culture where you can influence the company's path.
