You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have:Deal Sourcing and Closing: The candidate must have a proven track record of sourcing and closing new business deals valued at €500,000 or moreExpertise & Experience. Minimum 5 years of hands-on sales experience specializing in solution, service, and portfolio sales within the relevant industry sector.Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, product demonstrations, proposal creation, and successful deal closure for defined solutions and services.Service Portfolio Expertise: Familiarity with Application Development/Modernization, Experience Design Services, Cloud and DevOps Services, Data and Analytics Infrastructure, Managed Services/Team Augmentation, Agile Transformation, and Digital Marketing consulting (SEO, PPC).Market Analysis and Innovation: Experience in market analysis, business model innovation, and portfolio management within a services context.Consultative Sales Skills: Skilled in all aspects of consultative commercial and business development, including prospecting, deal qualification, closure, and customer satisfaction.Presentation and Negotiation: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a “hunter” mentality.Sales Enablement: Experience in sales enablement for service portfolios, including training, tool development, and incentive structures.Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot and Trello for tracking interactions, analysing sales metrics, and optimizing the sales process.Account Opening: Proven ability to open new accounts and build high-quality relationships rather than taking a transactional approach.Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel across Europe to meet with clients.Networking Skills:Strong networking capabilities are essential for professional success, as they enable individuals to build meaningful relationships, access valuable industry insights, and unlock new opportunities that may not be available through traditional channels. Effective networking fosters collaboration, facilitates the exchange of ideas, and helps professionals stay informed about trends and innovations in their field. By cultivating a robust network, individuals can enhance their visibility, credibility, and resilience, positioning themselves for long-term growth and advancement.Industry NetworkVertical Expertise: A strong, wide network of clients from the eGaming, aviation, healthcare, banking, finance, logistics, or other major verticals is highly desirable.Prospecting Network: The ability to leverage a strong network to secure meetings with prospects is essential.Here are some of the things you’ll be working on:Sales Strategy Development: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including pipeline management from prospecting to closing.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Market and Sales Analysis: Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, as well as monitor competitor activity.Reporting and Presentation: Prepare sales reports and present findings to senior management.Revenue Target Achievement: Drive business growth by achieving revenue targets.Event Participation: Active participation in industry events and conferences.The responsibilities outlined focus on driving sales revenue growth and commercial development for Symphony Solutions by leveraging its service portfolio and collaborating across teams. Here’s a detailed breakdown of each responsibility:Cross-Selling and Upselling the Value PropositionLearn and master Symphony Solutions’ service portfolio, which includes custom iGaming, Healthcare, and Airline solutions, as well as full-cycle software development, cloud engineering, data and analytics, AI services, and digital marketing orchestration.Understand how to qualify client needs and identify typical client profiles, which are mainly international clients in Western Europe and North America.Lead OriginationResearch and select prospects using outbound strategies such as proactive calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.Engage prospects to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.OrchestrationBring together the right internal experts to assess opportunities and develop tailored solution proposals for clients.Pitch and submit proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements.Business GrowthProactively build and manage a pipeline through outbound activities to grow business with both new and existing clients.Cross-Functional CollaborationDrive all sales-related activities by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.RFP CoordinationCoordinate the preparation and submission of RFPs (Requests for Proposals) in response to client requests.Marketing CollaborationWork with Marketing to identify joint target accounts and opportunities.Drive joint marketing initiatives to promote Symphony Solutions’ capabilities and success stories.Sales Pipeline and ForecastingCoordinate regular reviews of the sales pipeline and forecasts for clients to ensure accurate reporting and strategic planning.Propagation of CapabilitiesActively promote Symphony Solutions’ capabilities and success stories to both internal and external stakeholders.These responsibilities require a strong understanding of Symphony Solutions’ offerings, proactive outreach, cross-functional teamwork, and strategic sales planning to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
