Buscamos incorporar un/a Sales Manager EMEA para liderar la estrategia comercial y el crecimiento del negocio en países en desarrollo dentro de la región EMEA, trabajando de forma coordinada con el Director de Cluster.🚀 Tu misiónDefinir y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas en los mercados asignados, impulsando el crecimiento —especialmente a través de licencias—, fortaleciendo relaciones con clientes clave y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y financieros.📌 Responsabilidades claveConsolidar y desarrollar los mercados de Grecia, Turquía, Egipto y Australia.Definir y ejecutar la estrategia comercial en los países asignados.Impulsar el crecimiento mediante modelos de licenciamiento.Planificar, junto con Marketing, la introducción de nuevas variedades en clientes estratégicos.Proporcionar soporte técnico agrícola a los clientes.Registrar y actualizar la información comercial en el CRM.Negociar planes de cobro en situaciones financieras complejas.Asegurar el seguimiento y cumplimiento de los pagos.🎓 Qué buscamosTitulación universitaria.Al menos 3 años de experiencia en posiciones comerciales similares o en empresas del sector.Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio y mercados internacionales.Inglés fluido (imprescindible).Perfil autónomo, con visión estratégica, capacidad de negociación y orientación a resultados.Disponibilidad para viajar.🌱 Qué ofrecemosProyecto internacional y estratégico.Autonomía y participación activa en la toma de decisiones.Entorno dinámico y colaborativo.Oportunidades reales de desarrollo profesional.📩 ¿Te interesa?
