Drive campaign management and accelerate growth
As a Senior Specialist, you will be part of a strong Paid Search team that works closely together and shares a passion for Paid Search. Our focus is on delivering high-impact solutions in collaboration with our clients, combining the latest technology, expert advice, deep business understanding, and execution from A-Z.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating Paid Search strategies for clients that align with broader marketing and business goals
- Planning, setting up and optimizing campaigns, where it comes naturally to you to identify development opportunities
- Ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs
- Managing budgets and being responsible for informing clients about insights and recommendations
- Staying updated on industry trends and new products to maintain a competitive edge
- Contributing to the professional development of the team and across s360
- Initiating and executing new templates and processes that optimize workflows
This is you
We are looking for an inspiring and results-driven person who has 3+ years of experience in paid search, preferably within an agency. It is required that you can speak and understand Danish and English fluently.
Furthermore, you are:
- Passionate about how challenges are solved using the latest tools, and you keep up to date with trends
- A problem solver who takes pride in meeting your deadlines
- A strong interpersonal communicator with transparent and direct engagement across teams and stakeholders
- Independent, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Eager to identify business opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Able to see the bigger picture while maintaining attention to detail
- Interested in the digital marketing and paid search landscape
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and have hands-on experience with data analysis for optimizing campaigns, including platforms like Google Ads
- A team player who understands the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing
You must have the legal right to work in Spain to be considered for this position.
