SENIOR PAID SEARCH
¿CÓMO SERIA TU DÍA A DÍA EN MANGO?
**Responsabilidades**:
- Desarrollo de estrategias de performance orientadas al canal de Search para maximizar nuevos clientes e ingresos al menos coste posible.
- Transformar preguntas de negocio y de marketing en análisis basados en datos y toma de decisiones.
- Revisión de oportunidades de crecimiento en inversión de marketing en base al comportamiento de países, canales, categorías.
- Liderazgo en la relación con agencias y el desarrollo de proyectos basados en diferentes herramientas y en base a resultados históricos y previsiones futuras.
- Propuesta de mejora continua en base a los resultados, tests y optimizaciones realizadas.
- Uso de herramientas para diferentes proyectos que pueden incluir BigQyery, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, SA360, Excel y otras herramientas internas.
- Gestión de campañas focalizadas en Pmax & Generics.
- Activación y optimización de audiencias via CDP, Analytics, etc.
- Estrategia y activación inhouser, además de relación y colaboración con agencias de medios para la correcta activación, monitorización y optimización de resultados.
Requisitos:
- Al menos 5 años de experiência en creación y optimización de los canales de pago en buscadores.
- Inglés avanzado escrito y oral.
- Uso avanzando de Excel.
- Experiência trabajando con alguna de las siguientes herramientas: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, SA360, Analytics, Looker.
- Haber gestionado grandes volúmenes de inversión publicitaria, ya sea como anunciante o agencia.
- Persona con alto pensamiento analítico, crítico y estratégico.
- Proactividad, mente curiosa, persona resolutiva, altas capacidades analíticas, organizativas y alta atención al detalle.
- Se valorará grado en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Matemáticas, Estadística o BigData.
