Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.YOUR MISSIONAt Sateliot, your mission will be to lead the internal adoption of Artificial Intelligence by scouting emerging tools and practices, and helping our teams across departments integrate AI into their daily workflows. You will be the company’s go-to expert for prompt engineering, AI tool selection, and smart automation—translating technological opportunities into tangible business improvements.You will also lead Sateliot’s internal AI Guild, a cross-departmental group of AI enthusiasts and early adopters, where you’ll facilitate knowledge-sharing, experimentation, and collaborative innovation.YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS Stay updated through news sources, forums, conferences, and specialized AI publications. Evaluate benchmarks and performance tests of different AI tools. Organize learning sessions and practical workshops for every department, showcasing how to use the different AI tools available to boost their productivity. Design “pre-prompts” and output optimization strategies to enhance the performance of AI models in various applications. Coordinate and grow the internal AI Guild, promoting peer learning and a culture of AI exploration across business units. Identify opportunities for automation (from ideation to execution) using tools like n8n,emphasizing integration of APIs from AI service providers and crafting effective solutions for each use case. Work closely with technical teams (development, DevOps, infrastructure) to ensure seamless integration of these services. Serve as an internal consultant, engaging with all teams to understand their needs and propose AI-driven solutions and tailored prompts. Leverage your consulting experience or a similar background to establish effective communication channels, enabling teams to autonomously implement process improvements. Produce regular reports on AI trends and emerging technologies, including best practices in prompt engineering and general AI usage. Maintain ongoing communication with all departments to drive adoption of new AI tools and solutions. REQUIREMENTS A degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or arelated field. Solid understanding of technical environments (development, DevOps, cloud infrastructure), with proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams. Familiarity with process automation and API integration projects, especially those involving AI. Substantial hands-on experience with AI methodologies and tools, with an emphasis on creating and optimizing prompts. At least 3 years of experience in consulting or a similar role requiring autonomous communication with various teams, understanding of business processes, and the ability to propose tailored solutions. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to involving teams and translating technical concepts into actionable business solutions. Analytical mindset and critical thinking to evaluate and adopt new technologies and AI models quickly. Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language. Proactivity, curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
