vLex es una empresa líder en el sector legal, comprometida con la innovación y el desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas. Actualmente, estamos buscando incorporar un/a HR Payroll Administrator al equipo de Recursos Humanos en vLex España.

La persona seleccionada se encargará de liderar las tareas relacionadas con la administración de personal, garantizando el cumplimiento de las normativas legales y los procesos internos de la empresa. Buscamos a alguien con gran capacidad de organización, habilidades interpersonales excepcionales y pasión por trabajar con datos, especialmente en un entorno dinámico y en constante evolución.

Responsabilidades:
  • Gestión de temas de RRHH relacionados con la administración de personal:
    • Calendario laboral, vacaciones, convenios colectivos, PRL, entre otros, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo.
    • Gestión de nóminas y contratación de personal.
    • Control y gestión de ausencias, bajas, y la documentación laboral correspondiente.
    • Onboarding de nuevos empleados, asegurando una experiencia fluida y positiva.
    • Organización y archivo de documentación del personal.
  • Soporte en la gestión de datos y análisis relacionados con la plantilla (Big Data aplicado a RRHH).
  • Uso y optimización de plataformas CRM de gestión de personal, preferiblemente Factorial.
  • Colaboración en la implementación y uso de herramientas tecnológicas como Google Suite, Hubspot, y Netsuite.
  • Apoyo en iniciativas relacionadas con inteligencia artificial aplicada a RRHH.
Requisitos:
  • Formación: Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en departamentos de RRHH, específicamente en administración de personal y gestión de nóminas.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y con iniciativa.
  • Gran capacidad de organización y planificación.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, con empatía hacia trabajadores y clientes internos/externos.
  • Interés en el aprendizaje continuo y pasión por entornos laborales innovadores.
  • Deseable: Experiencia previa con plataformas de gestión de personal/RRHH como Factorial u otras similares.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas tecnológicas avanzadas (Google Suite, Hubspot, Netsuite) y un fuerte interés en inteligencia artificial aplicada al ámbito laboral.
  • Inglés avanzado.
