**The Company**:
Our client is a forward-thinking, data-driven company specialising in sports betting micro-bets. Our goal is to foster an environment where innovation and collaboration drive success. As we continue to grow and optimize our operations, we are seeking a passionate **Junior HR Administrator** to support the HR team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and contributing to the overall employee experience.
**The Role**:
The **Junior HR **Administrator** will play a critical role in supporting the company with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations. You will assist with recruitment processes, employee record maintenance, onboarding, and other administrative duties to help create an efficient and positive work environment.
**You**:
- **HR Administration**: Assist with maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and ensuring accurate data entry into HR systems.
- **Onboarding & Offboarding**: Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition for employees joining or leaving the company.
- **HR Policies & Procedures**: Assist with the communication of HR policies and ensure that employees are aware of HR procedures and company guidelines.
- **Payroll & Benefits Administration**: Provide administrative support in payroll processing and benefits management, ensuring accuracy and timely responses to employee inquiries.
- **Employee Engagement**: Assist in organizing company events, employee recognition initiatives, and other programs aimed at fostering a positive work environment.
- **Compliance**: Help ensure that the company complies with local labor laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on HR trends and tools, offering suggestions to improve the HR function’s efficiency and effectiveness.
**Skills and Proficiencies**:
- **Employment Law**:Solid understanding of Spanish employment laws
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across departments in both Spanish & English
- **Microsoft Office**: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel for handling employee data and reports.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide support wherever needed.
- **Discretion**: Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and ethically.
- **Self-motivated**: Ability to work independently and show initiative in managing day-to-day tasks.
