Sales Development Representative (SDR) – French market Por favor, presente su candidatura sin demora si su perfil encaja bien con este puesto, debido al alto nivel de interés.Localisation : BarceloneDébut : ASAP (idéalement début janvier)Langues : Français & Anglais (Espagnol = plus)À propos de Dialog:Dialog est une solution d’intelligence artificielle pour e-commerçants, conçue pour améliorer significativement la conversion du trafic sur les sites marchands (cosmétique et autres verticales).Notre mission : offrir aux responsables e-commerce et CEO des outils IA simples, rapides à déployer et extrêmement performants.Dans un contexte de forte croissance, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe avec un SDR France basé à Barcelone, chargé d’accélérer l’acquisition commerciale sur ce marché stratégique.Missions principales:Identifier, qualifier et contacter des prospects e-commerce (Responsables e-commerce, CEO, fondateurs, marques D2C…).Obtenir des rendez-vous qualifiés pour l’équipe Sales France.Participer aux premières étapes commerciales : discovery calls, suivi du test gratuit de 2 semaines.Collaborer avec Gautier (Sales Ops) sur la construction et l’optimisation des listes de prospection.Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des messages, scripts et séquences outbound.Travailler au quotidien avec Milène, Head of Sales France.Évoluer dans un environnement à cycle de vente court, rapide et exigeant, où la réactivité est clé.Représenter Dialog avec professionnalisme dans une culture bienveillante, ambitieuse et collaborative.Profil recherché:Must-haveFrançais natif ou niveau équivalent, excellent communicant à l’oral.2 à 3 ans d’expérience, alternance incluse, idéalement en SDR/BDR.Forte appétence pour la prospection téléphonique et l’outbound.Motivation à effectuer un rôle phone-based SDR.Excellentes qualités d’écoute, d'empathie.Coachabilité, esprit d’apprentissage, goût du challenge.Autonomie, sens de l’organisation et aisance en environnement rapide.Fit avec les valeurs : bienveillance, transparence, remise en question.Nice-to-haveMaîtrise de l’anglais et/ou de l’espagnol.Expérience dans l’e-commerce ou le SaaS IA.Connaissance d’un environnement start-up / scale-up.Envie d’évoluer vers un rôle Account Executive.Conditions & Organisation:Poste basé à Barcelone,Collaboration quotidienne avec l’équipe Sales & Ops à Barcelone et l’équipe Tech à Paris. xcskxlj Démarrage ASAP (idéalement début janvier).
