We’re growing fast and are looking for a Partner Business Developer to help us expand our partner ecosystem in the French market and take Factorial to the next level. What you’ll do Identify, qualify, and engage new partner opportunities. Create and execute innovative prospecting strategies to boost lead generation. Connect with prospects through calls, emails, social media, and networking — building strong relationships at all levels, including C-level. Collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to design and deliver winning approaches. What we’re looking for You’re a native French speaker and speak English (B1 or higher). You’re a junior profile or have an initial experience in Sales, Business Development, or Project Management. You’re not afraid of the phone — in fact, you thrive on conversations and building connections. You love meeting new people and have excellent communication skills, especially with high-level stakeholders. You’re motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, international environment. You want to grow your career in the tech & SaaS industry and make an impact within a dynamic, innovative team. Bonus Points Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Loom. Familiarity with SaaS or digital environments. Understanding of outbound sales campaigns and lead generation strategies.
