About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded Tik Tok Shop Account Strategist to join our team in Barcelona. You’ll be managing and growing brand accounts on Tik Tok Shop across the EU markets, with a special focus on the DACH, UK, and Intra-EU.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and visibility for brands on Tik Tok Shop.
Manage Tik Tok Shop accounts end-to-end: product uploads, campaign setups, promotional mechanics, and reporting.
Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize content, promotions, and conversion rates.
Liaise directly with Tik Tok’s internal teams and our brand clients to troubleshoot issues and push growth initiatives.
Craft briefs for creators and affiliates, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Stay on top of Tik Tok Shop trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.
Must-Haves
✅ Native-level German and fluent English - both written and spoken.
✅ Hands-on experience managing Tik Tok Shop accounts or other e-commerce marketplaces.
✅ Solid understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce KPIs, and sales funnels.
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment.
✅ Sharp communicator who can build trust with clients and partners.
✅ Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working in an agency or with multiple brands.
Knowledge of influencer/affiliate marketing.
Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
