You’ll be managing and growing brand accounts on TikTok Shop across the EU markets, with a special focus on the DACH, UK, and Intra-EU.If you know how to blend sales, data, and creativity — and you can navigate TikTok’s ever-changing landscape without losing your cool — keep reading.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute strategies to drive sales and visibility for brands on TikTok Shop.Manage TikTok Shop accounts end-to-end: product uploads, campaign setups, promotional mechanics, and reporting.Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize content, promotions, and conversion rates.Liaise directly with TikTok’s internal teams and our brand clients to troubleshoot issues and push growth initiatives.Craft briefs for creators and affiliates, ensuring alignment with brand goals.Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.Must-Haves Native-level German and fluent English - both written and spoken. Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts or other e-commerce marketplaces. Solid understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce KPIs, and sales funnels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment. Sharp communicator who can build trust with clients and partners.
