Desde Hays Technology buscamos un/aSales Project Managerpara liderar proyectos comerciales en el ámbito de la intralogística, gestionando soluciones tecnológicas orientadas a la optimización de procesos internos en almacenes y centros de distribución. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en ventas consultivas, diseño de procesos, gestión de proyectos IT y relación con clientes estratégicos.La información a continuación detalla los requisitos del puesto, la experiencia esperada del candidato y las cualificaciones correspondientes.Responsabilidades Coordinar diseños operativos del sistema en el proceso de ventas, incluyendo implementación y soporte. Gestionar la relación con el cliente desde el lado IT, asegurando satisfacción y calidad. Definir alcance y responsabilidad de la solución IT ofrecida, garantizando claridad de costes. Evaluar viabilidad y riesgos del proyecto. Recopilar requisitos relacionados con procesos logísticos y tecnologías de transporte y almacenamiento, comunicándolos al equipo de desarrollo IT. Documentar y realizar el traspaso del pedido a la fase de ejecución. Supervisar la correcta ejecución del proyecto IT, cumpliendo hitos y objetivos económicos. Diseño de procesos: análisis de requisitos del cliente, aportación de soluciones innovadoras y validación funcional junto al equipo de planificación. Diseño de sistemas IT: creación de análisis GAP, preparación de cálculos y ofertas IT, revisión de productos propios y externos, presentación técnica al cliente. Gestión de proyectos IT: supervisión de calendario y costes, coordinación con proveedores internos y externos, preparación y participación en pruebas FAT y SAT.Perfil requerido Conocimiento del mercado de proveedores WMS/MFF. Excelente conocimiento en logística, flujo de materiales y datos. Conocimientos básicos en automatización, almacenamiento y tecnología de transporte. Experiencia en diseño de procesos y descripciones funcionales. Buen nivel en IT (programación en lenguajes de alto nivel). Know-how en marketing de productos IT.
