We are partnered with a PE backed technology business seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a GTM tool and Salesforce implementation. The role is responsible for planning, executing and delivering the Salesforce programme on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives, with a strong focus on sales, customer and operational processes. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full Salesforce implementation lifecycle from initiation to go-live and post-launch support Define project scope, objectives, milestones and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, Salesforce partners and internal technical teams Gather, document and manage business requirements across cross functional business leads including sales, marketing, customer success and operations Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests throughout the project Ensure Salesforce configuration and customisation align with business processes and best practice Oversee data migration, system integrations and user acceptance testing Drive user adoption through training, communication and change management activities Provide regular project status updates, reporting and governance documentation Ensure compliance with security, data protection and internal IT standards Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management, Strategy/Planning, and Information Technology Industries: Technology, Information and Media, IT System Custom Software Development, and Software Development Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain #J-18808-Ljbffr
