What You Will Do:- Improve financial processes, identify and manage financial risks;
- Monitor daily cash balances to optimize cash levels and minimize idle funds, and develop cash flow forecasts to anticipate future financial needs;
- Deliver budgets management, ensuring alignment with set goals;
- Company policies overview, achievement of goals and objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company’s assets;
- Manage portfolio of investments to balance risk and return according to organization’s strategy and risk tolerance;
- Coordinate with banks to manage accounts, services, and transactions. Negotiate terms and fees with financial institutions to ensure cost-effective services;
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management for decision-making;
- Manage and develop the growing team of finance specialists;
- Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors;
- Establish and maintain policies for cash management, investment, and risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field;
- 5+ years experience in financial management;
- Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, risk management, financial reporting, auditing coordination, financial planning and finance strategy development;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and initiative;
- Excellent MS Excel skills;
- Fluent at communicating in spoken and written English.
