Lo que harás: Supervisar que tras la salida de los clientes las propiedades están completamente limpias y preparadas para una entrada inmediata. Gestionar incidencias informadas por los equipos comerciales y/o de limpieza. Gestionar incidencias reportadas por los huéspedes. Gestionar las peticiones de los huéspedes (cuna, trona, piscina...). Solución de incidencias menores (configurar Wifi, reponer menaje...). Realizar revisiones de calidad y mantenimiento tras check-outs. Inventario y control de almacén. Recepción de pedidos. Control de llaves y cerraduras electrónicas. Control de stock y pedidos de lavandería y equipamiento. Check-ins B2B y visitas (siempre que tenga disponibilidad). Acerca de ti: Carnet de conducir para moto. Conocimientos de inglés. Valorable experiencia en empresas de hospitalidad/hostelería. ¿Por qué nosotros?
