Estem col·laborant amb unaempresa consolidada i referent en el seu sector, que es troba en un moment clau de transformació i creixement, per incorporar un/aHR Development & Talent Specialistal seu equip de Recursos Humans.La persona seleccionada s’integrarà a l'equip de RRHHi en dependència de la Direcció de Recursos Humans, participarà activament en unprojecte de professionalització, digitalització i alineació cultural, treballant sota els criteris i estàndards definits pel grup.Funcions principals Col·laborar enprojectes de desenvolupament de talent, incloent formació, programes de carrera i successió, avaluació de competències i plans de desenvolupament individual. Suport en laimplementació de plans d’acció de RRHHorientats a cultura i desenvolupament de persones. Participar en ladocumentació, estandardització i millora de processos internsrelacionats amb desenvolupament i cultura corporativa. Gestió deregistres, informes i indicadors de desenvolupament, amb suport operatiu i administratiu específic. Impulsariniciatives de millora contínua i digitalització, incloent eines de desenvolupament, automatització de processos i optimització de fluxos. Analitzar i seguirdades de programes de formació i avaluacions de competènciesper facilitar la presa de decisions estratègiques. Col·laborar transversalment amb altres departaments. Participar enprojectes de cultura corporativa, contribuint a reforçar valors, comportaments i pràctiques de l’empresa.Perfil que busquem Formació enPsicologia, Relacions Laborals o similar. Experiència mínima de3 anys en funcions similarsdins de Recursos Humans. Personaproactiva, organitzada i amb iniciativa, amb capacitat de treballar amb procediments corporatius i adaptar-los a la realitat local. Bonacomunicació i treball en equip.
