We are now looking for aBusiness Development Manager – HR Consulting (Engineering) to lead the growth of ourEngineering practice in Barcelona. This role combinesbusiness development, client leadership, and team management, within a high-growth HR consultancy environment.Key responsibilities AsBusiness Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Engineering practice, building long-term client partnerships, and leading a team of consultants toward high performance and impact. Your main responsibilities will include: Developing and managing a strong portfolio of clients within theEngineering sector.Driving business development initiatives and expanding key accounts across Spain and Europe. Overseeing and supporting recruitment projects fortechnical, managerial, and executive roleswithin engineering environments.Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a team of consultants to ensure excellence in delivery and client satisfaction. Fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and high-performance team culture. Requirements ExperienceMinimum 7 years of experience within the Engineering industry.Previous exposure tobusiness development, sales, or recruitment consultancyis a strong plus.EducationBSc or MSc in Engineering or a related technical field (strongly preferred).LanguagesFluency inSpanish and Englishrequired.A third European language is a plus.Key competences Strong commercial mindset with a consultative approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
