Envíe su solicitud haciendo clic en el botón "Solicitar".You are a key member of the leadership team reporting directly to the Executive Vice President / Division Head shaping HR strategy for all Spanish entities.You drive the development of a modern integrated HR organization that fosters growth, company culture and operational excellence.Leading a committed HR team across multiple locations, you ensure excellent collaboration, innovation and people empowerment.Digital HR transformation is at the core of your work from implementing modern HR systems to automating processes.You actively promote an inclusive corporate culture, support change initiatives and build strong relationships with executives, stakeholders and other corporate functions.Whats going to make you stand out :Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.You have 10 years of experience as HR Director, Head of HR or in a senior HR role ideally in an international environment with multiple subsidiaries.You bring deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, Leadership & People Development, HR Administration, Employment Law and Performance Management.Proven success in organizational development, change management, culture transformation and digital HR transformation (HRIS automation, HR analytics).Fluent in Spanish and English, strategic thinker with a hands‑on mentality and strong people skills you inspire teams, foster collaboration and create a modern HR culture focused on growth and excellence.You deserve real value.
