You will directly report to the Cash Reporting Manager of the TME Spanish branch. TME’s Finance Department’s mission is to cover the sign‑off of all financial and management accounts, long‑term business planning and the ongoing development of the finance team, systems and processes. We are looking for an efficient, flexible, and hard‑working Technical Cash Accountant to join our Accounts Receivable team within the Finance Department.ResponsibilitiesDaily update of Treasury files and Cash ManagementCash receipts and payments allocation in the source systemPreparing daily payments in the bank platform: claims, coinsurance, broker commissions, IPTProcessing intercompany transfers to maintain adequate cash flowAllocation of IPT in the systemAssist with monthly reportsAssist with monthly closeAssist the team in the preparation of Internal and External AuditsAssist in any other task required by the Finance departmentBank and Cash Clearing reconciliationsProcess Transactions Receipts (T.R.)Organize the Credit Control general mailboxSystem clearing: clearing transactions in the cash allocation system (zero‑remittances)Process Treasury accounting entries in the general ledger of PeopleSoftRequirementsEducation: Accounting / Business Administration degreeProficient in MS Office packageFluent in English (high level) and Spanish is a must.
