Management Accountant WiseEnergy is a trusted and established solar asset manager, offering all the services clients require to manage and optimise large-scale solar plants, from development and construction through to long-term operational asset management. Key Responsibilities Onboarding Take full ownership of the onboarding checklist, ensuring all information is accurately verified against the virtual data room. Contribute to the preparation and delivery of the Onboarding Report for the Client. Complete KYC documentation and manage all required administrative and finance‑related applications. Collaborate with the Finance Transformation Team to integrate financial data into NetSuite and other finance systems/tools. Partner with the Senior Management Accountant to establish month‑end schedules and standard reporting templates. Prepare and record acquisition accounting journals in line with accounting standards. Reporting Support the Assistant Accountant in reviewing accounting for SPVs, ensuring consistency and quality across entities. Prepare SPV management accounts (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc) and maintain high standards of accuracy. Review reporting outputs and supporting schedules, collaborating with the Senior Management Accountant to improve frameworks and templates. Manage internal and external financial deliverables for both the Group and lenders/investors, ensuring timely submission of reports. Oversee lender deliverables related to audited financial statements and support annual and interim audit processes. Act as key liaison with external auditors, coordinating deliverables, resolving audit queries, and addressing accounting issues. Prepare and review statutory financial statements for HoldCos and SPVs. Prepare the annual operating budget and manage quarterly reforecasts.
