Strategic Bid Manager – Mass Transit Proposals

You will assess risks, collaborate with finance on pricing, and present solutions to customers and stakeholders. The role involves managing RFI/RFP processes, ensuring documentation quality, and aligning proposals with client requirements while supporting post-submission activities and
