Su misión es ofrecer productos innovadores que contribuyan a un futuro más sostenible, manteniendo un ambiente de trabajo inclusivo y orientado al desarrollo profesional de su equipo.Resumen del rol El puesto de Manager de Preimpresión e Impresión (Offset-Flexo) tiene como objetivo garantizar la gestión eficiente y de alta calidad de los procesos de preimpresión e impresión en la planta de producción. Esta posición es clave para asegurar la excelencia operativa, la implementación de mejores prácticas y el cumplimiento de los estándares internacionales de la compañía, contribuyendo de manera directa a la satisfacción del cliente y a la innovación en los productos impresos.Responsabilidades Supervisar y coordinar los equipos de preimpresión e impresión (Offset y Flexografía) para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad, plazos y productividad. Gestionar los recursos técnicos y humanos, promoviendo la formación continua y el desarrollo del equipo. Asegurar la correcta preparación de archivos y materiales, optimizando los flujos de trabajo entre preimpresión e impresión. Implementar y monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) en los procesos bajo su responsabilidad. Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad, medio ambiente y calidad establecidas por la empresa y la industria. Colaborar con otros departamentos (I+D, logística, calidad) para el desarrollo de nuevos productos y la mejora continua. Resolver incidencias técnicas y operativas, proponiendo soluciones innovadoras y sostenibles. Participar en auditorías internas y externas, asegurando la disponibilidad de documentación y trazabilidad de procesos. Requisitos Experiencia demostrable de 4 a 8 años en gestión de equipos de preimpresión e impresión en entornos industriales, preferentemente en Offset y Flexografía. Conocimientos avanzados en procesos de preimpresión, gestión de color, materiales y maquinaria de impresión Offset. Capacidad para liderar equipos multidisciplinares en ambientes dinámicos. Habilidades analíticas, orientación a resultados y pensamiento estratégico. Nivel mínimo de inglés intermedio. Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial (on-site).Beneficios Seguro médico privado.
