**Shape the Future of Technology with Lenovo**

We are seeking an innovative Product Manager to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge Smart Sports Vertical Solutions. This role will focus on creating end to end AI-driven, IoT-enabled, and data-centric products for sports tech and major sport events, including sport specific solutions, wearables, smart stadiums, athlete performance analytics, and fan engagement platforms.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, sports scientists, and business teams to deliver sports services and solutions and build new product IPs to leverage with other customers in the sports market.

You will be reporting to our Director, within Services and Solution Group (SSG) Technical Solution Architect - Sports Vertical.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define product vision & strategy for Smart Sports solutions, aligning with business goals and with the market trends.
- Conduct market research on sports tech trends and develop a product roadmap integrating new business drivers and technology trends.
- Work with coaches, athletes, clubs, leagues, federations and large sport event organizations to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Develop product roadmaps, PRDs, and feature prioritization based on data and user feedback.
- Work with Lenovo partners to add necessary building blocks creating best of the breed solutions achieving rapid time to market
- Share sports market knowledge with Lenovo Business units and guide engineering teams to excellence
- Ensure the delivery of the products with quality and compliance to Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
- Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, working with marketing, sales, and partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with sports regulations, data privacy (GDPR), and security standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in sports tech with B2B/B2C products.
- Preferred experience with Football or Major Events customers
- Knowledge and experience in projects with AI Technologies if possible
- Technical fluency to collaborate with software and infrastructure engineers, data scientists, and UX designers.
- Knowledge of sports industry trends (e.g., sports football products, esports, fan engagement platforms, smart venues).
- Agile/Scrum experience, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Passion for sports (bonus if you have an sports background).
