We are looking for The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to navigate multiple projects simultaneously. You should have a proven track record in project management, stakeholder engagement. Languages: • Fluent English is required. • Spanish proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory. Skills/Certifications: • Certifications (, PMP, Agile methodologies) are considered a plus but are not mandatory if offset by substantial relevant experience. Tools and Software: • Proficiency with project management tools. • Familiarity with analytical tools, reporting systems, and communication platforms. Your role in the team We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects primarily related to Operations, ensuring their successful delivery from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, IT, Client Services and various internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and deliver exceptional results within defined parameters.Main Responsibilities: • Lead and manage projects primarily related to Operations. • Coordinate project activities, collaborating with Business Analysts (BA), IT, and key stakeholders. • Oversee the entire project lifecycle. • Ensure accurate budget estimation and project analysis in collaboration with IT and BA teams. • Manage communication and engagement with internal departments including Operations, Finance, Legal, and Client Services.Team Structure: • Reports to the PMO lead, working closely with Business Analysts, IT, and other key stakeholders.Project and Budget Management: • Responsible for coordinating and validating budget estimations for projects in collaboration with BA and IT teams. • Directly accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. • Does not involve direct resource management but focuses on overall project delivery and outcomes.Project Involvement: • End-to-end management of operational projects, including milestone tracking and stakeholder alignment. • Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to project goals.Key Objectives and KPIs: • Achieve project milestones within set timeframes and budgets. • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective project delivery and transparent communication. • Regular measurement and assessment of project outcomes based on predefined KPIs.Preferred Location: • Poland, but open to candidates based in other location ( Spain, Italy, ...)
