Job Description We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Territory Manager to strengthen our presence in Spain and Portugal region. You will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, building strong relationships with partners and end-users, and identifying new business opportunities across various verticals such as logistics, transportation, retail, and field services. The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have long-term experience in Auto-ID industry with proven sales records and networking. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. Responsibilities Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with key partners, resellers, and enterprise clients Achieve sales targets and grow market share for M3 Mobile rugged devices in the assigned region Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing Work closely with internal teams (technical support, logistics, marketing) to ensure high customer satisfaction Conduct regular business reviews and on-site visits with clients and partners Represent M3 Mobile at trade shows, partner events, and customer meetings in the region Provide market feedback and competitor insights to help shape our European strategy ✅ Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales or key account management (preferably in mobile hardware, rugged devices, or IT solutions, Auto-ID industry) Strong network in logistics, warehousing, or industrial verticals is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting Willingness to travel frequently within the region
