My client is looking for an experienced Head of Business Development & Sales to define and execute their commercial strategy across all products and services. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building scalable sales processes. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategy, execution, and team development, with strong exposure to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement business development strategies and revenue objectives across the company's full product and service portfolio. Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, methodologies, and KPIs to maximize effectiveness and productivity. Create and execute outreach and sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including ownership of sales forecasting and pipeline development. Actively manage and optimize the company CRM, leveraging automation tools to engage new and existing customers. Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and evaluate potential partnerships to expand the company's industry presence. Analyze sales data, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform revenue strategy and maintain competitive advantage. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of trust, satisfaction, retention, and upselling. Lead negotiations for contracts, partnerships, and commercial agreements; act as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Collaborate closely with legal teams to review and negotiate contracts while minimizing commercial risk. Build, lead, mentor, and scale the Business Development and Sales team in alignment with company objectives. Define account management strategies, team objectives, performance metrics, and incentive structures. Take full ownership of CRM processes and pipeline governance across the team. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and develop strategic relationships. Support and coordinate Customer Success initiatives together with Product Owners and technical teams. Contribute to PR and marketing efforts as the company's product portfolio expands.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, Experience in the space-tech industry Strong background in B2 B sales Demonstrated success in strategic planning, market analysis, and leading sales teams with measurable revenue growth. Sales, business development, or CRM certifications (e.g. Hub Spot) are a strong plus. Willingness and ability to acquire sufficient technical knowledge to engage in technical discussions with customers. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, sales data, and financial metrics. Fluency in English and Spanish is required
