Estamos buscando un/a Especialista en Implementación de Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM) para liderar un despliegue estratégico de procesos ITSM/ITIL en un proyecto de alto impacto junto a una de las consultoras más reconocidas a nivel global.Condiciones del rolFull-time Contrato inicial de 6 meses (renovable) Muy probable continuidad a largo plazo Trabajo con equipos multiculturales y multidisciplinares Inglés medio-alto (C1) imprescindible ¿Qué harás en este rol?Diseñar y configurar soluciones avanzadas en Jira Service Management Cloud (workflows, SLA, tipos de solicitud, automatizaciones, etc.) Implementar procesos ITIL dentro de JSM (Incidentes, Cambios, Problemas, Activos) Planificar y ejecutar migraciones desde herramientas ITSM legadas Construir y mantener integraciones API con sistemas críticos externos, asegurando seguridad y consistencia de datos Facilitar workshops, demos y capacitaciones con equipos del cliente Definir arquitectura, buenas prácticas Atlassian e impulsar documentación técnica sólida Requisitos imprescindiblesExperiencia sólida implementando y administrando JSM Cloud Diseño avanzado de workflows, automatizaciones y SLA Conocimiento práctico de ITSM/ITIL y procesos ITIL Desarrollo e integración de APIs y soluciones de terceros Comunicación fluida en inglés (C1) y gestión de stakeholdersRequisitos deseablesAtlassian Certified Jira Administrator ITIL Foundation Puntos atractivos del desafíoImpacto directo en la modernización y eficiencia de procesos de servicio Liderazgo en implementaciones estratégicas con tecnologías de vanguardia Entorno colaborativo que valora ITIL + buenas prácticas Atlassian Crecimiento continuo con exposición a múltiples industrias y soluciones innovadoras ¿Te interesa o conoces a alguien?
