Start your journey with us We’re seeking an experienced Head of Account Management to join our Accommodation team in Barcelona to oversee the strategic direction and management of the account management team, ensuring the retention and growth of key hotel accounts to achieve our main metrics. What you will do The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks Develop account management strategies to maintain strong relationships with key hotel partners and maximize business opportunities. Monitor performance by region, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement or expansion. Define and track performance metrics to ensure team accountability and continuous improvement. Lead and mentor a team of managers and specialists, ensuring high engagement. Ensure continuous training and development for the team and drive commercial excellence. Provide guidance on account plans, negotiations, and participate in partner interactions. Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Tax, and Legal. Work with Business Development and Product teams to align strategies with business goals. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management. Represent Odigeo Connect at major hotel and tourism fairs. Monitor market trends, conduct research, and gather insights from hotel feedback. What you need to succeed Bring your perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. You should have: Proven experience in account management or sales leadership roles in the hotel industry. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with at least 7 years managing teams. Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop trusted relationships with hotel partners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities. Full English proficiency; additional European languages are a plus. What’s in it for you?
