The role provides hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management, while contributing to a smooth and positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.The internship starts with administrative support tasks, particularly in onboarding coordination and documentation, and progressively expands toward sourcing, screening, and full recruitment activities.✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO? We are looking for adynamic, proactive and talented personto join our team and perform the followingtasks: Post job openings across internal and external platforms Support active sourcing of digital professionals via LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools and internal databases Assist in identifying and pre‑qualifying candidates based on IT role requirements Maintain and update the candidate pipeline Conduct initial phone screenings and gather essential candidate information Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Manage candidate communication (invitations, updates, confirmations) Help maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and vacancy tracking Support document management and onboarding‑related administrative tasks Join interviews alongside senior recruiters to learn structured evaluation techniques Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify role needs and process steps Support Talent Acquisition initiatives (employer branding, process improvement, sourcing campaigns, events attendance)WHAT YOU WILL LEARN Hands‑on experience with professional recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, HR systems). Competency‑based and structured interview techniques Best practices in sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder communication How to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously IT profiles in areas such as are Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, AI, Software Development, etcWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
