We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our upcoming bespoke product. Your technical expertise paired with excellent communication skills will be essential in providing guidance and support to our users and customers, helping them maximize the product value. For this role we are looking for someone with advanced knowledge of Unity engine.
What will you do?- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and objectives to ensure successful product adoption.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them troubleshoot issues and optimize their use of Univrse's products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales, to address customer feedback and improve product features.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new customers to facilitate a seamless integration of our product.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and driving customer success initiatives.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and ensuring customer-driven product development.
- Prepare technical documentation and guides to assist customers with best practices for using our VR solutions.
- Proven experience in a customer support or customer success role, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong technical background, with proficiency in software and systems relevant to VR and XR technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Experience with Unity Engine.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Experience with customer engagement tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- A passion for VR, AR, or emerging technologies is highly desirable.
