Job Title: Business Development Manager, Emergency Medical Services & Military
Your Role: As Business Development Manager for EC Professional, you will have the opportunity to introduce our groundbreaking advanced monitoring products to Emergency Medical Services & Military customers in Iberia, enhancing the care that they can provide to their patients. By listening to the needs of new & existing customers, you will develop a bespoke solution that meets their requirements and contributes to the growth of EC Pro in the Iberian market. You will be responsible for the commercial strategy of the product portfolio/roadmap, and success will be measured through effective Go-To-Market Plans, commercial offerings based on market insights, and a solid marketing plan. Flexibility to travel/stay away from home will be needed for this role - 70% travelling.

You're the Right Fit If: You have previous experience as a Paramedic and are looking for a move into a commercial role, OR you have 3+ years of experience selling medical devices (ideally monitoring) into the Emergency Medical Services sector. You are commercially savvy and understand the processes of sales, negotiation, and finance. An IT awareness (software/hardware/connectivity) would help you to understand the solutions' technical complexities. You’re an excellent communicator able to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships easily. You hold a full Driving License and are fluent in English.
How We Work Together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. Indicate if this role is an office/field/onsite role.
