Therefore Copaco is seeking an ambitious Channel Sales Manager for the Spanish market.This role entains expanding Copaco’s presence in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) space by enabling partners to leverage Copaco’s future-proof cloud environment. Your responsibility is to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with channel partners, driving sales opportunities within the CSP ecosystem, creating and executing effective sales and marketing strategies, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives. This position also involves identifying new business opportunities, overseeing partner training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support within the Spanish Market. You will act as the main point of contact for resellers, guiding them through onboarding, enablement, and business development activities. This is a full-time remote role within the Spanish market.Key Responsibilities:Identify and recruit new Microsoft CSP partners within the Spanish marketBuild strong, long-term relationships with resellers to support their growth and successGuide partners through onboarding and enablement on to Copaco’s cloud platformCollaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, support) to deliver a seamless partner experienceBuild and maintain relationships within the local Microsoft organization.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Microsoft CSP solutionsDevelop and maintain a healthy pipelineStay up to date on Microsoft’s offerings and partner programsQualificationsProven experience in the Spanish IT channel, ideally within the cloud services sectorStrong understanding of Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) programs and offeringsDemonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and manage reseller or partner accountsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf starter, ambitious, intrinsic motivation and goal-oriented,Track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targetsFluent in English and Spanish, living in Spain.Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environmentCompensation & Benefits:Employment contract or work as a contractorCompetitive compensation based on experiencePerformance-based bonuses and/or commissionsFlexible working hours and fully remote work setupTraining and certification budgetEqual Employment OpportunityDiversity and inclusion are key to Copaco's success.
