We are committed to workplace diversity and offer compensation and benefits programs that are among the industry’s best to reward the talented people who make our company successful.If this sounds like something you would like to be a part of, we’d love to hear from you.JOB PURPOSEWell-rounded SAP Finance professional (ECC and S4) with a strong blend of configuration expertise, finance business processes knowledge, specifically tailored to the EMEA region's financial regulations in a live systems environment.The EMEA IT SAP Finance Specialist is responsible for:- Facilitating the transition to a global SAP finance model and successful implementation on a live system landscape (ECC and S4 Central finance) within the EMEA region. - Providing ongoing support and optimization of the SAP FI-CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, PS). - Analysing, developing, configuring, testing and deploying the GPI SAP finance solutions in close interaction with the EU Business Process Owner, the Global IT SAP team and the Local key users.She/He reports to the IT Finance business Systems ManagerThis role is based in Igualada (Barcelona, Spain)— Flexible work: 50% remote and 50% GPI site. Regular travels to the EMEA locations are required.Attractive compensation and benefits.KEY OBJECTIVES &RESPONSIBILITIESThe Job:- Responsible for gap assessment and analysis, design, configuration, testing and support of the global GPI SAP Finance solution (ECC and S4) for the FI-CO modules for the EMEA region. - Build in-depth process and configuration knowledge. - SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) in-depth hands-on configuration knowledge is required. - SAP S4 Central Finance (CFIN) and Fiori knowledge is a plus. - Experience with tax requirement and local statutory reporting is required. - Good understanding of integration points with SAP MM/SD/PP/PM modules - Work in close interaction with internal US/EMEA IT team and consultants. - Responsible from a rollout project standpoint: - Design, Build, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Cutover, and Hypercare phases. - Supporting business in Data preparation/cleansing activities and managing the data load. - Responsible for test approach and scenarios definition, organizing and executing the Testing phases.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s)- Deliver projects on budget, on time, and on value. - Ability to drive change and ensure stakeholder alignment during project phases. - Have good communication and interaction skills, including tact and diplomacy. - Ability to escalate blocking points. - Problem-solvingREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- + 5 years of professional experience in Functional SAP FI IM-PS and CO (S4 / ECC) - Experience in implementing large IT transformation programs in complex and international environments. - Demonstrate a good track record in SAP implementation projects. - Strong understanding of Finance business processes. - Working knowledge of LSMW is desired. - ABAP troubleshooting and debugging skills is a plus. - Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Words, MS Access is a plus.DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONSPost-graduate studies (4/5 years): Master of Engineering, Master of Scientific disciplines, Master of Business Administration.Fluent English is mandatory.
