IT Finance Systems Manager

IT Finance Systems Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Participates and provides sound input to the finance technological platforms (procurement to pay, order to cash, general ledger, fixed assets management, budgeting, etc.) selection processes in the company.
- Responsible for the technical workstreams of the finance technological platforms (procurement to pay, order to cash, general ledger, fixed assets management, budgeting, etc.) selected by the company.
- Responsible for daily oversight, documentation, implementation, and execution of processes and technology used to support finance technological platforms for all global users
- Serve as domain specialist for finance technological platforms to assist with design and delivery of training programs in support of HR related processes and provide organizational change support.
- Research and recommend quantitative and qualitative analysis of data from finance platforms to design and maintain sophisticated reports for internal auditing, end-user information requests, and metrics reporting.
- Prepare quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports regionally and globally.
- Partner cross-functionally with global teams, finance and IT, and vendors to solve issues and improve HR related processes and procedures.
- Effectively communicate understanding of the data, reporting requests and business needs to proactively research solutions and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Research industry trends, standard methodologies and review current processes to effectively provide company staff analysis and recommend and implement potential improvements.
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Economics degree or computer science engineer or equivalent experience.
- MBA preferred.

Languages:

- Spanish - Mother tongue.
- English: Fluent (B2+ minimum, C1 preferred).

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in related position required.
- Experience with full cycle implementation of a tier 1 ERP (Oracle, SAP) required.
- Experience with multi-country, multi-currency ERP implementation required.
- Experience with data integration between APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) required.
- Experience with complex ERP projects in terms of integrations and interfaces required.
- Experience with complex multi-vendor ERP implementation projects required.
- Experience with complex budget projects management and follow-up, required.
- Must be capable of aligning with company policies, rules, processes, procedures and Code of Conduct.
- Demonstrable ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Must be capable of working under tight time constraints and with multiple priorities.
- Ability to: Plan, organize and document complex finance systems design activities and to configure finance technological platforms to be consistent with institutional policies/procedures; communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain cooperation, understanding, trust and credibility; perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively.

Others:

- Certifications on project management preferred.
- Certifications on agile methodologies preferred.
- Experience with Workday Finance highly preferred.
- Experience with treasury systems (such Kyriba or XRT) highly preferred.
- Experience with other finance systems (such as MS Dynamics or SAGE) a plus.
- Certifications on ERP systems preferred.
- Experience with integration systems (such as Mulesoft) a plus.
- Sophisticated Excel reporting skills with knowledge of pivot tables and formulas, a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools, a plus.
- Attention to detail, ability to understand up and downstream data flow, excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
- Travel opportunities may exist in the future.
