En Volkswagen Group Services Barcelona estamos buscando un perfil de Service Management para uno de nuestros proyectos internacionales. Gestión y coordinación de tareas de Service Management, para un servicio nuevo dentro del grupo VolkswagenEntre las funciones del puesto:- Trabajar dentro de un equipo de servicio IT. - Colaborar directamente con el equipo en Alemania con el objetivo de gestionar las expectativas del cliente. - Dar soporte al Service Delivery Manager con las tareas relacionados con la gestión operativa del servicio - Participación en reuniones con clientes, proveedor de servicio y el propio equipo de desarrollo. - Colaborar con el Gestor de Lanzamientos para la preparación y traspaso de lanzamientos - Coordinar el mantenimiento de la documentación operativa en Jira/Confluence - Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua para la eficiencia y la calidadQué esperamos de ti:- Formación académica en gestión de IT / Ingeniería organización o experiencia relevante relacionada - Certificación en: ITIL, SAFEs y/o Scrum - Fluidez en inglés, tanto escrita como hablada.
