La misión del puesto de Field Service Technician consiste en proporcionar soporte técnico en los hospitales de la zona asignada, garantizando la instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de equipos Olympus. Este rol es fundamental para asegurar el óptimo funcionamiento de los dispositivos, resolver problemas técnicos de manera eficiente, mejorar la satisfacción del cliente y mantener los estándares de calidad de la empresa.
- Soporte Técnico en Campo: Brindar soporte técnico a clientes de Olympus Iberia, alineado con las estrategias de la División Médica, políticas de la compañía y directrices de Compliance, para mejorar los resultados en margen, ventas y beneficios.
- Intervenciones, Reparaciones y Mantenimiento: Realizar instalaciones y reparaciones de equipos en las instalaciones del cliente.
Hacer seguimientos proactivos de reparaciones y presupuestos enviados a clientes.
Organizar la agenda de visitas y reparaciones en la zona asignada.
Apoyar a la red de ventas en la instalación y venta de equipos.
Capacitar a clientes en el uso correcto de los equipos para minimizar averías.
Ofrecer formación en el uso y desinfección de endoscopios, reduciendo el volumen de reparaciones menores.
Administrar el stock de herramientas y materiales necesarios para las reparaciones de su zona asignada.
Colaborar con Field Service en acciones conjuntas de servicio. - Asistencia a Reuniones y Formaciones: Participar en reuniones de ventas de la división cuando sea necesario.
Completar cursos de formación técnica de producto en la sede Central Europea y en cursos internos de Olympus Iberia. - Gestión y Reporte de Actividad Diaria: Registrar y controlar la actividad diaria mediante la herramienta AMS para documentar reparaciones, cursos impartidos, instalaciones y mantenimientos preventivos realizados.
- Estudios: Preferiblemente Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior Especialidad en Equipamientos Electrónicos.
Experiencia mínima: Preferiblemente 2 años de experiencia relevante en un puesto similar.
Idiomas: Preferiblemente Inglés nivel B1-B2.
Competencias & Skills: Capacidad Analítica, Capacidad de Aprendizaje.
Residencia personal: Preferiblemente en Madrid o alrededores.
