This internal customer-facing role is an exciting opportunity to become part of a global team of specialist technicians who work together with our engineers to help fight cancer.We aim to deliver a reliable, well-maintained product that matches quality, performance, and customer satisfaction of the highest standards.At IBA, we believe in a collaborative approach, One Team, One Mission, to make the world a better place. Are you excited to join us on this adventure as this technology grows around the world?Challenges we trust you with An IBA Hardware Field Service Technician's responsibilities will include:Planning and executing PM missions to the highest standards in line with the maintenance scheduleExecution of both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks ensuring the highest levels of safetyDelivering detailed reports to colleagues and customersRepair and debug subsystems following documented proceduresTest equipment/systems according to the specifications following documented proceduresSupporting our Field Service Teams in North America and Asia when requiredSupporting Engineers during CM and Emergency missionsSupporting R&D developments both on site and at our assembly halls in BelgiumSupporting Clinical Operations on our PT sitesWhat we value You have:Qualifications in electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in the maintenance of mechanical, electronic, and electrical systemsGood mastery of English, both in writing and speaking is requiredAdditional positives:Relevant experience in a field service positionA valid driving licenseA valid PassportAnd you are:Driven, proactive, and a hands-on professionalAble to autonomously organize your work and eager to take initiativesA team player with very good communication skillsWilling to travel up to 50% of your time, primarily at weekendsWilling to work on shifts (night shift is also possible)#J-18808-Ljbffr
