We are currently looking for Swedish-speaking staff to join an exciting team that works for leading companies in several different industries. Your task is to be responsible for solving the customer's inquiries and providing top-notch service. Are you the one we're looking for?Main tasksReceive incoming user inquiries B2C (via phone/email, log call details in case management system and provide answers and resolution within SLA to the customer)Resolve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledgeSupport technical requests and manage incidents with the customer's product, electric chargers for cars.Progress/Closure of Service Requests to a Satisfactory Conclusion on Call Management SystemProactively update customers with status and resolution progressMonitor/progress all open questions in the queueEscalate potential service issues to the appropriate levelEnsure Contractual SLAs Are MaintainedRespond to all reasonable information asked by the assigned managerAchieve an excellent level of customer satisfaction About the company Our partner is a large outsourcing company that works with world-renowned brands in the technology sector. Requirements

Requirements for applicantsHave good language skills in Swedish and EnglishExcellent communication skills and skilled relationship builderIT knowledge is a big plusWorks well in teamsHave a positive attitude and are motivated by customer satisfactionPrevious experience in a similar position is a big plus
